Oversee daily business operations while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market demands, and profitability goals. Lead the development of key business initiatives, including market expansion, product offerings, and customer experience strategies. Take full ownership of the P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability, ensuring the business meets its financial goals. Qualifications: With at least 7 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in the outdoor, sportswear, or performance apparel industry related industry MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field Proven senior leadership experience with strong P&L oversight, ideally in retail or a similar industry.
