Job Description

  • Develop and implement the company's sales and business development strategies.
  • Provide direct oversight to the Sales and Marketing team, including sales managers, marketing specialists, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with key departments such as Production, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to align on client projects and proposals.
  • Ensure that all business development activities, proposals, and contracts comply with safety standards and industry regulations, in collaboration with Operations and Safety teams.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance against the forecasted sales plan and assist the Finance team in supporting payment collection efforts.
