The Head of Business Development & Recruitment will be responsible for driving the company's growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and overseeing the full recruitment cycle. This role requires a balance of leadership, business acumen, and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's client portfolio.
Identify and build relationships with new clients across multiple industries.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high-quality placements.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process (client engagement, sourcing, screening, offer management).
Create and execute sales and growth plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Collaborate with management to set KPIs and align business goals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or business development (preferably within consultancy or staffing sectors).
Proven track record of achieving sales or revenue growth targets.
Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills.
Solid understanding of UAE labour market and recruitment trends.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance and results.
