Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute business plans to hit revenue and market share targets.

Pipeline Management:

Identify leads, conduct market research, and manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and review the performance of the BD Manager and Officers.

Client Relations:

Nurture existing accounts, resolve escalations, and measure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work with Operations and Marketing to ensure cost-effective service delivery and smooth customer onboarding.

Compliance:

Ensure all activities meet UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum

8 years

in Business Development specifically within

Cash Management or Cash-in-Transit (CIT)

.

Network:

Must have a strong, established network within the

UAE Banking industry

.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (preferably Business Administration).

Competencies:

Expertise in valuables transport protocols, financial data analysis, and high-level negotiation.

Skills:

MS Office proficiency, excellent English communication, and a

valid UAE Driving License

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
