The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and positioning the company as a leading player in the fit-out and contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in construction and fit-out projects across the UAE.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects, and key industry stakeholders.
Lead bid management, tender submissions, and contract negotiations to maximize win rates.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers with a strong focus on client needs.
Work closely with project, design, and finance teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution after contract award.
Mentor and lead the business development team to deliver measurable results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum
18 years of experience in the UAE
