Position Summary



We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Head of Business

to lead our business setup and consultancy operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore), government regulations, and market dynamics. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving revenue growth, building high-level client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence while positioning the company as a market leader in corporate services.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Growth



Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence in the UAE and GCC. Identify new revenue streams, service lines, and partnership opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage.

2. Revenue & Market Development



Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Lead business development initiatives targeting entrepreneurs, SMEs, and multinational clients. Establish strong networks with government agencies, free zone authorities, and business councils.

3. Operational Excellence



Oversee daily operations for all business setup, licensing, and corporate service processes. Ensure timely delivery of services including company formation, visa processing, PRO services, and compliance management. Implement process improvements for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.

4. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders. Provide expert consultation on UAE business laws, licensing requirements, and tax structures. Ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty through quality service delivery.

5. Team Leadership & Development



Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers, sales teams, and operations staff. Create a high-performance culture focused on results and customer service excellence. Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs.

6. Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure all services comply with UAE labor laws, commercial laws, and free zone regulations. Manage risk through proactive compliance monitoring and process audits.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5

+ years

experience in senior leadership, with at least 3

years

in UAE business setup or corporate services. In-depth knowledge of Dubai DED, free zone authorities, and offshore company regulations. Strong government relations and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
