The Role
Position Title: Head of Business Development Employment Type: Fulltime Salary: up to 35K depending on experience and qualification plus family insurance Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A well-established digital marketing company in UAE. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the business development initiatives including identification of new prospective clients, mapping of client requirements and preparation of customized business proposals \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the new business process to ensure integration across teams in developing responses to new business requests and RFPs \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate the growth of the agency across all services they offer. (Digital Marketing, Video Production, and Influencer Marketing) \xe2\x80\xa2 Guide and support the BD/sales team in creation and delivery of effective pitches to capture targeted business deals meeting revenue and margin targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and organize regular market research and collate inputs on market trends, customer behavior, competition and opportunities to facilitate effective strategic decision making

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to Arabic nationals \xe2\x80\xa2 50 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have a minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a similar field; 5 years in the UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven and evidenced experience in leading a Business Development Team within an agency environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have a proven track record in digital marketing services/products in a B2B environment.
