The Role
Position Title: Head of Talent Development Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the unique companies who provides perspectives and opinions on career development and career management. : . Set up the HR Consultancy & Talent Development function . Set the goals and main objectives of this function and ensure implementation after acquiring the right approvals . Own the function's budget and ensure profitability while maintaining the value of our programs . Steer the development, revision, and delivery of the learning programs including the development of modules and training material . Set up a community of trainers in readiness for delivery of the learning programs . Manage the projects we get for consultancy and learning and coordinate closely with the relevant stakeholders . Stay up to date with the new ways of learning, the +new concepts and ideas circulating In the modern HR world and make sure this is reflected in our learning courses
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Arabic nationals . 45 years old and below . Must have HR consultancy background and at least 5 years' experience in designing and delivering HR training modules . Immediate joiners will be prioritized
