Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company\'s overall vision and business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
  • Establish clear brand positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) for each cosmetic product line and communicate them effectively.
2. Omni Channel Brand Management:
  • Oversee brand execution across multiple channels, including retail, ecommerce, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and synergy across all touchpoints.
  • Implement innovative strategies to create an immersive and seamless customer experience across all omni channel platforms.
3. Creative Direction:
  • Provide creative direction and inspiration to the in-house design and creative teams to develop captivating visual assets, packaging, and brand materials.
  • Ensure all creatives align with the brand guidelines and effectively convey the brand\'s identity and values. 4. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and product launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis to measure the impact of marketing efforts.
5. Brand Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Monitor brand health, consumer sentiment, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize brand strategies.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and external partners, to gain buy-in and support for brand initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, media partners, and industry experts to enhance brand reputation. Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 7-10 years in brand management or a similar leadership role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and experience implementing them effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that have resulted in increased brand awareness and market share.
  • Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities, with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market data and consumer insights to drive decision-making.
  • Passion for cosmetics, beauty, and emerging industry trends.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
