Experience working with external agencies to provide additional support to students. Experience working with Emirati students and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Desirable: A Masters' degree, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Fluency in English and Arabic Expected Experience: Essential Minimum five (5) years' experience working in a school in UAE;

About the Role: As the Head of Boys, you will lead the development, innovation, and management of educational programs for boys in grades 5 to 12 at our School of Modern Skills. Your primary focus will be on fostering positive engagement and the development of lifelong learning skills, ultimately driving academic progress and achievements among students. You will work collaboratively with school leadership, faculty, and the wider school community to create an inclusive, supportive, and innovative learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage educational programs specific to the Boys' Campus, ensuring high academic standards are maintained. Oversee the development of a relevant and engaging curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of boys, aligning with school objectives and national educational standards. Drive initiatives that promote student engagement, personal growth, social-emotional development, and character-building. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement the school's vision and mission, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction. Foster strong relationships with parents and the community, serving as a primary point of contact to support student success. Develop and implement behavioral interventions and strategies to cultivate a positive learning environment and reduce behavioral incidents. * Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and UAE education regulations.
