Our client, a leading global automation software provider, is seeking a Head of Banking Sales Vertical to lead and scale their banking-focused sales organisation across the Middle East.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, leading a high-performing sales team across the region, and accelerating growth within the banking and financial services sector. This role requires a mix of strategic leadership, deep industry understanding, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, enterprise technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the regional sales strategy for the banking vertical and deliver revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed sales team across multiple Middle Eastern markets.
- Build strong C-level relationships within major banks and financial institutions.
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales excellence disciplines.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
