Job Summary:

Consortio International Engineering Consultant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Head of Architecture

with a minimum of

15 years of professional experience

in design. Experience in complex projects (Mixed-use, Hospitality, healthcare, industrial, data centers, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in design consultancy and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Architectural design activities for various building projects, including healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Oversee the preparation of design drawings, calculations, and specifications at all stages in compliance with relevant codes and standards. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design integration. Conduct technical reviews, inspections, and progress reports during project execution. Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure project compliance and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Minimum

15 years of experience

, with at least 7-10 years in

UAE.

Proven track record in

design consultancy

. Experience in

complex facilities (healthcare industrial, data centers)

design is an added advantage. Experience in

Site Supervision and Project Management

is an added advantage. Experience in

Sustainability Requirements

is required. Proficient in

Revit, AutoCAD,

and relevant design software. Strong knowledge of

UAE, KSA and International Building Codes

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
