Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and highly strategic professional to join our firm as the Head of Advisory - Corporate Finance. This pivotal leadership role will involve overseeing the entire corporate finance practice in the region, shaping the strategic direction, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving end-to-end deal execution across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates.
Based in the UAE, the successful candidate will bring extensive experience from the Big Four or equivalent top-tier investment banking/advisory backgrounds. A deep understanding of the regional and global corporate finance landscape, particularly within the Middle East, is essential.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Corporate Finance & Advisory division across the region with a focus on strategic growth, profitability, and market positioning.
• Oversee execution of complex advisory mandates including M&A, valuations, due diligence, corporate restructuring, and capital raising.
• Identify, develop, and manage senior client relationships at board and C-suite levels, both regionally and internationally.
• Guide and mentor teams on deal origination, structuring, negotiation, and closure.
• Evaluate strategic investment opportunities and advise portfolio companies on exit strategies, fundraising, and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand the firm's network, partnerships, and investor base.
• Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador for the firm within the advisory and financial services ecosystem.
