Salary: AED 30,000 - 35,000 per month + family benefits

About the Role
A leading manufacturing group in the UAE is seeking a dynamic Head of Accounting to lead the full accounting function, drive process improvements, and act as a key deputy to the GM of Finance.
This is a pivotal leadership role suited for someone who thrives in transformation, enjoys modernising finance functions, and can elevate accounting operations to world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full accounting function (AR, AP, GL, month-end close) with accurate, compliant financial reporting.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation to support growth and IPO readiness.
• Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial controls.
• Manage audits, VAT/tax compliance, and governance with strong internal controls.
• Support treasury with cash flow, bank reconciliations, and working capital efficiency.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations & Procurement to resolve issues and enhance financial processes.
• Manage export invoicing and financial documentation across global markets.
• Prepare and review management reports (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis).
• Lead and develop a 6-person accounting team and act as deputy to the GM Finance.
