Essential requirements:

- Western educated, trained and experienced Registered Nurse with current/valid RN license and registration from country of origin; - Registered Nurse specialized in Pediatrics; Pediatric Registered Nurse - with expertise and experience in Pediatric Nursing; - Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program; and/or Master s Degree in Nursing; - Specialist training along with Post- Graduate Specialist Certification in Pedia Nursing- or equivalent; CPN/Certified Pediatric Nurse- or equivalent; - For RN with BSN Degree-at least 6 years of current clinical nursing experience (Hospital experience) - whereas current 2 years of Head RN, Nurse Manager, Senior Charge Nurse-Pediatrics or in another similar Leadership/Management Role -Pediatric Nursing; - For RN with MSN Degree-at least 4 years of current clinical nursing experience ( Hospital experience ) - whereas current 2 years of current Head RN, Nurse Manager, Senior Charge Nurse-Pediatrics or in another similar Leadership/Management Role -Pediatric Nursing; - Great communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills, nursing skills along with prioritizing responsibilities; - Empathy, Compassion, Flexibility, Patience, Attention to detail, Energetic, Quick timely response, Respect and Ability to cope to different situations are only some of the qualities that the Paediatrics Head RN needs to possess; - Current- BLS, PALS and/or ACLS certificates; -Arabic Language-an advantage; - Post Graduate Certification in Health Services Management- advantage;
