Oversee all documentation, approvals, and registration related to land purchased by the company.
Coordinate with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, Municipality, and Planning Authorities for land title deeds, NOCs, zoning, master plans, and development permits.
Monitor the legal status and compliance of the land parcel(s) under ownership.
2. Golden Visa & Residency Support
Ensure compliance with Golden Visa eligibility and renewal criteria.
Liaise with immigration and visa departments for renewal, family sponsorship, business partner visas, and related services.
Support top management or owners in leveraging Golden Visa privileges for real estate and business operations.
3. Regulatory & Legal Interface
Act as the point of contact with:
Dubai Land Department (DLD)
RERA and Free Zone Authorities
Department of Economic Development (DED)
Municipality, Civil Defence, and Planning & Zoning authorities
Coordinate legal formalities for land development, construction licenses, utility connections, and infrastructure-related NOCs.
Monitor changes in UAE real estate laws and regulations that may affect landholding or investment structures.
4. Developer & Consultant Liaison
Coordinate with master developers, architects, engineering consultants, and legal advisors on:
Development timelines and documentation
Design approvals and plot utilization
Brokerage registration and commission structures
5. Document & Approval Management
Maintain up-to-date records of land ownership, regulatory filings, permits, and correspondence.
Manage leasehold/freehold distinctions, escrow accounts (if applicable), and investor documentation.
Ensure prompt submission and follow-up of all official letters, applications, and approvals.
6. Conflict Resolution & Representation
Represent the company in government meetings, site inspections, and regulatory audits.
Proactively resolve land or title disputes, development delays, or partner-related conflicts.
Coordinate notarizations, court filings, and dispute resolution if required.

Education:
Graduation in any discipline
Experience:
Minimum
7-10 years
in in real estate brokerage or property development.
Skills:
Handling land-related approvals and DLD/RERA compliance
Coordinating with planning and municipal departments
Managing documentation and legal processes for landholding and development
Prior experience supporting
Golden Visa applicants
, visa renewals, or investor relations is a strong plus
Additional Requirements:
Will be based out of Monarch Properties LLC - UAE Office.
Fluency in
