HEAD HOUSEMAN
The Head Housemen works alongside their team, providing leadership, training and assistance in completing all jobs throughout the day.
The Mobile Team are responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, maintaining common areas, cleaning all external buildings, setting up and shutting down events. This is a busy department with a lot of different dimensions. It requires someone hard working, organised and resilient.

QUALIFICATIONS /CERTIFICATION /LICENSES
- Safe Chemical Handling
National Police Clearance (Mandatory) - Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years' experience working as a housekeeper in a senior position
- 2+ years managing staff
- Experience working in VVIP private household essential
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
** This is a hands-on role.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership capabilities - able to motivate, lead and upskill a team.
- Exceptional organizing skills
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene
- Capable of building and maintaining inventories.
- Must have advanced computer literacy.
- Advanced MS office skills - word, excel, outlook, ppt.
- Must be able to think of your feet and solve a multitude of problems.
- Works well under pressure
- Advanced housekeeping skills - able to recognize and know best methods for cleaning various surfaces, linens and objects.
- Experience training and developing staff
- Must have excellent time management
** This is a hands-on role.

Up to AED <5,000 Depending on experience
