Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
Supervise, train, and motivate hostess staff to maintain high standards of service.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or nightlife environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
Customer service excellence with a guest-first mindset
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
Knowledge of reservation and seating management systems is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Higher Secondary School & Equivalent or ITI / Vocational
Experience: Proven experience in front-of-house or hostess roles in luxury service environments
Other: Must currently reside in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred
