Report directly to the Reception Manager and oversee the Host Team. Drive cover targets and incentives, actively pushing the team to meet set goals. Oversee high-volume service periods, ensuring guests are greeted, seated efficiently, and receive outstanding service. Develop an in-depth understanding of booking systems such as SevenRooms and OpenTable, ensuring all reservations are handled smoothly. Train and mentor the Host Team, ensuring consistency in service delivery. Be the point of escalation for any guest-related concerns, resolving them in a professional and efficient manner. Monitor the flow of walk-ins and reservations, ensuring maximum table optimization while maintaining service quality.
