For Head Hostess(HOZ20856) in Dubai,United Arab Emirates UAE. Welcoming guests in the assigned station / place of work in a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible manner consistent with established performance and productivity standards in any of the Food and Beverage Outlets (Restaurants, Bars & Pool) in order to maximize guest satisfaction. Distribute the work for the hostess team, including the need to multi-skill in colleagues job requirements. Welcoming guests in a warmly, professional manner & seating them accordingly in the Restaurant and Pool Sunbeds. Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions. Engaging with guests making sure they feel comfortable and are happy with their food and beverage service. Supervises Hostess's answers calls & updates live reservations. Checks the quality and speed of Hostess. Supervises restaurant central reservations with all necessary details accordingly & follow ups with the guest. Assists in planning... and organizing reservations with the outlet manager from the central reservations. Conducts in daily briefings to discuss various aspects of central reservations and preparations. Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to Food & Beverage Manager/Outlet Manager if no immediate solution can be founded and to assure follow up with guests. Establishes a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship. Ensures that health, hygiene and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures. Reports for duty punctually always wearing the correct uniform and name tag. Always maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene Benefits Skills Required
