Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, and multilingual
Head Hostess
to lead our front of house team. As the face of the restaurant, you will be responsible not only for delivering exceptional guest service but also for overseeing the daily operation of the FOH team, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring the highest standard of hospitality from arrival to departure.Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally Assign tables and guide guests to their seats Coordinate closely with the service team for smooth operations Support and guide other Waitress as needed Handle basic guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude Maintain a clean, organized host/hostess station Prepare simple reports on daily reservations and guest flow
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service Friendly and approachable personality Good communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus) Presentable appearance and professional demeanor Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed A team player who can handle guest facing tasks confidently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
