L'ETO Group is launching its first full dining concept in Abu Dhabi, inspired by London's vibrant culinary scene and Mediterranean flavours with a modern elevated twist.

Located at The Galleria Mall, our new restaurant offers a refined dining experience with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Abu Dhabi's first-ever fountains.

We are looking for professional and polished Head Hostess/ Senior Hostess who embody hospitality, confidence, and exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities

To contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by welcoming and escorting them to their designated table, in the most welcoming and seamless manner. The Head Hostess/ Senior Hostess will work in collaboration with all other departments in the venue to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Ensuring someone is always at the restaurant entrance to greet guests. Escorting guests to the correct table, pulling out the chair, placing the menus and handing over to the waiter. Has good knowledge of the menu, concept, organization and brand. Knowledge on the companies regular and VIP guests. Strong knowledge on Sevenrooms and Backhand operations of the system. Able to inform guests of our venue policies and company standards. Strong communication skills and positive body language. Advantage on local market trends, functions and events. Conversing with the guests, showing a genuine interest. Able to network and connect with hotel concierge in surrounding areas. Pre-opening experience and strong managerial skills to handle a team. Reservation experience in handling guest calls and queries. Able to work calmly under pressure Strong organizational skills and time management. Strong communication between cross functional Departments and operations
