Job Summary:


We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Florist to lead our floral team and manage the daily operations of the flower shop/studio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about floral artistry, skilled in creating bespoke arrangements, and experienced in managing inventory, customer service, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and create unique floral arrangements for events, retail, and custom orders. Lead, train, and supervise the floristry team to ensure high-quality standards. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure fresh and diverse stock. Meet with clients to understand requirements and provide creative floral solutions. Oversee shop displays, seasonal themes, and merchandising to maximize sales. Handle budgets, pricing, and cost control for floral operations. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively. Keep up with floral trends, event styles, and innovative design techniques.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Senior Florist or Head Florist. Strong creative and artistic skills in floral design. Knowledge of flower care, handling, and seasonal availability. Experience managing a team and coordinating workflow. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons and events.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
