Job Description

On behalf of our UAE-based client, an internationally active company specializing in the retail of quality home improvement and interior enhancement products, we are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Finance Director to join their Dubai office. This full-time position presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning, drive digital transformation in finance, and coordinate operations across multiple international markets.
The Role

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the finance and economics department
• Optimize and standardize accounting and reporting methodologies
• Streamline business processes and strengthen collaboration with other departments
• Develop policies and procedures for core financial functions
• Maintain and improve internal control systems
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Develop forecasts and budgets for financial planning (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Conduct financial analysis: monitoring KPI
• Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in automation and finance digitalization initiatives
• Support alignment between management and statutory accounting practices

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar finance leadership position
• Proven ability in managing finance projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with international companies and foreign bank accounts
• Advanced command of English. Professional command of Russian.
• Strong analytical mindset, initiative, and ability to work independently
