World Padel Academy (WPA) Bahrain is seeking an experienced
Venue Manager / Head Coach
who is aqualified Padel Coach
. This dual-role position is responsible for managing daily venue operations while leading coaching programs, training sessions, and player development to ensure an exceptional experience for members and visitors.Key Responsibilities
Venue Management
Oversee daily operations of the padel venue, including scheduling, court utilization, and staff coordination Ensure smooth customer experience and high service standards Manage bookings, events, and coaching schedules Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance teams Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
Head Coach Responsibilities
Deliver professional
padel coaching sessions
for individuals and groups Design and implement training programs for beginners to advanced players Lead and mentor coaching staff Organize training camps, clinics, and tournaments Monitor player progress and provide performance feedbackRequirements
Certified Padel Coach (mandatory)
Proven experience as aPadel Coach
Experience invenue management, sports facility management, or academy operations
is preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage both operational and coaching responsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications
Coaching certification from a recognized padel federation Experience working in sports academies or padel clubs Customer-focused approach with strong people management skills
