About the Client:

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the work of other chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that all food is prepared and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations along with the right standards on temperatures, cleanliness, and hygiene to prevent cross-contamination.
Keep track of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring that the kitchen always has the necessary ingredients and equipment on hand to prepare menu items.
Collaborate with Front of the House team to ensure that overall restaurant operation is smooth on a daily basis.
Manage costs and ensuring that the restaurant operates within budget, adjusting as necessary to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
