- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu creation, ingredient sourcing, and supervision of kitchen staff.
- Practice healthy cooking methods and be able to create nutritious, delicious dishes that meet the needs of the restaurant\'s target customers.
- Maintain a high level of food safety and sanitation, as well as manage the kitchen\'s budget and schedules.
- Responsible for training and mentoring junior chefs and ensuring that all of kitchen staff are following proper cooking techniques at all times.
- Develop recipes, dishes and other options for customers with much consideration on the restaurant brand and image while showing product results with creativity on variety and quality.
