Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu creation, ingredient sourcing, and supervision of kitchen staff.
Practice healthy cooking methods and be able to create nutritious, delicious dishes that meet the needs of the restaurant\'s target customers.
Maintain a high level of food safety and sanitation, as well as manage the kitchen\'s budget and schedules.
Responsible for training and mentoring junior chefs and ensuring that all of kitchen staff are following proper cooking techniques at all times.
Develop recipes, dishes and other options for customers with much consideration on the restaurant brand and image while showing product results with creativity on variety and quality.
