-Has worked with the Top 10 Restaurants in the UAE
-Can manage staff of 200+
-Any culinary degree/diploma.
-Proven working experiences a Head Chef.
-Experience in a similar capacity/function in an international five-star hotel with a strong background in HACCP procedures and application.
