Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead and manage our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and supervise all kitchen operations and staff Plan, develop, and update menus in line with company standards Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation Manage food costs, portion control, and minimize wastage Oversee inventory management, ordering, and proper storage Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Qualifications & Requirements



Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar senior kitchen role Professional culinary qualification or certification is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Excellent leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills (Advantage)



Experience in international, continental, or specialty cuisines Strong menu development and costing skills Experience in budget control and kitchen administration Good communication skills and professional attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
