Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have experience in diet food section

Must have minimum 2-3-year expirence in same role Must be aware about HACCP policy Must have knowledge about menu planning Manage and oversee the daily operations of the dietary department Develop and maintain menus that meet the specific dietary needs of patients/residents Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations and guidelines Supervise and train dietary staff members Monitor inventory and order food and supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dietary department Assist in the development of dietary policies and procedures Communicate effectively with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of proper nutrition to patients/residents Handle and resolve any dietary-related issues or complaints Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the dietary program to ensure quality and efficiency

SKILLS

Menu planning and development Staff training and supervision Nutritional assessment and counseling Regulatory compliance Customer service Minimum 3-4 years' experience in supervisor role. Candidate must have good knowledge about diet food.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
