Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes.
Make a variety of Indian breads with consistency and high quality.
Plan, design, and update menus with accurate portioning and costing.
Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
Calculate recipe costs and monitor food expenses to maintain profitability.
Track and report kitchen wastage and implement strategies to reduce it.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Ensure timely preparation and high-quality presentation of all dishes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Indian cuisine.
Expertise in preparing
Butter Chicken
and Indian breads.
Strong knowledge of
inventory management, recipe costing, and wastage control

Ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
