Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality Indian dishes.
Prepare authentic Indian food including curries, biryanis, breads, tandoori items, and snacks.
Design and update menus in coordination with management.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation.
Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Plan special menus for events and promotions.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Indian cuisine, with at least 2 years in a Head Chef or senior role.
Strong skills in both tandoor and curry preparation.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cost control, menu engineering, and kitchen organization.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
10 hours per day, 6 days a week (weekly off provided).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
