Create and manage daily food production
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Train and support kitchen staff
Control stock, ordering, and food cost
Required Experience
Strong experience in
Italian cuisine
Skilled in
Italian desserts, pastries, and general dessert preparation
Ability to work independently and manage a small team
Knowledge of healthy cooking methods is a plus
