To prepare the required food items and make sure to follow the Operational Restaurant Standard.

Responsible on creating new dishes Minimize waste by controlling the product ordering, proper storage in refrigeration and proper inventory Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality, and administrative functions Experience in Italian Cuisine is an advantage Must have working experience in a fine dining restaurant Regularly checks and prepares stock needed. To assist the Head Chef and support the menu planning. Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Cleaning and sanitation procedures at all times are needed Responsible for storing food products in the designated area. Knowledge of the products & cooking methods. Can work under pressure with supervision Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Can join immediately
