Job Description
- Familiarity with kitchen tasks and cooking procedures
- Preparing all kinds of cakes
- Preparing all kinds of biscuits and cookies
- Creating the menu and developing a plan for the kitchen, while supervising all kitchen workers
- Using the computer, conducting a daily inventory of consumed products, and corresponding via email
- Fully knowledgeable in writing menu items and preparing high-quality products
- Familiar with food safety and its procedures, maintaining all procedures within the kitchen
- At least 5 years of experience in the UAE
