Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as Kitchen in Charge or Sous Chef
Cooking skills
Knowledge of food and beverage industry
Food quality assessment skills
Culinary management experience
Ability to manage and train kitchen staff

Knowledge of food safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
