Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations at our burger restaurant in Saudi Arabia - ALBAHA The ideal candidate must have strong experience in grill-style burger kitchens, leadership skills, and a drive for excellence. Key Responsibilities: . Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow . Specialize in grilling high-quality burgers with consistency and attention to detail . Create and maintain a high-standard burger menu (smash burgers, grilled, etc.) . Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene . Manage inventory, kitchen supplies, and food cost control . Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations Requirements: . Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Grill Chef in a burger restaurant . Deep understanding of grilling techniques, meat preparation, and burger assembly . Ability to manage a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment . Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills . Creativity in developing new burger ideas and maintaining quality .
