Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring timely and accurate production and dispatch to the outlets.
Implement and maintain
standard recipes, portioning, and baking guidelines
to ensure brand consistency.Coordinate with outlet managers for smooth distribution and feedback on quality and supply.
Menu & Quality Control
Collaborate with management to develop new dishes, improve existing recipes.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain flavor, freshness, and visual appeal.
Ensure all food preparation adheres to HACCP and brand quality standards.
Cost & Inventory Management
Monitor food cost and wastage to achieve budgeted targets.
Manage procurement, inventory levels, and supplier performance in coordination with the purchasing team.
Analyze production reports and suggest process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Team Leadership & Training
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold operational excellence and hygiene practices.
Conduct regular training sessions on food safety, recipe adherence, and production efficiency.
Foster a positive and disciplined work environment promoting teamwork and accountability.
Cultivate a culture of discipline, creativity, and accountability.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met and consistently followed.
Maintain documentation and audits related to food safety compliance.
Describe and recommend a famous restaurant specialty to the customer.
