Head Chef
to lead our kitchen team and uphold our commitment to quality and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, production schedules, and quality control
Develop new recipes, menus, and seasonal items aligned with the brand's concept
Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier coordination
Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards
Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and food safety regulations
Collaborate with management on cost control, menu pricing, and promotions
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery or pastry production, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of doughs, pastries, and bakery production systems
Creative approach to recipe development and product presentation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
UAE experience preferred
