Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our catering kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while managing a small team and supporting the growth of our catering offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food is produced to a consistently high standard Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times Manage, supervise, and support a small kitchen team Plan menus and contribute creatively to developing new dishes and concepts Ensure food is well presented and suitable for catering and bulk production Order ingredients and kitchen supplies in line with production needs Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and reduce waste Carry out food costing and support budget control Communicate effectively with management and other departments Ensure smooth kitchen organisation and efficient workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role within catering or hospitality Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Experience with stock control, ordering, and food costing Creative mindset with a passion for developing new menu items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
