Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of Italian cuisine.
Create and develop innovative menus featuring authentic and modern Italian dishes.
Supervise, train, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain excellence and consistency.
Oversee food cost control, kitchen budgeting, and inventory management.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with management on menu planning, events, and seasonal offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Head Chef
or
Sous Chef
in a high-end Italian restaurant.
Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
Fluent in English and Tagalog is a plus
Salary Offered:
Basic: USD 1800 / AED 6600 (can be negotiable to increase after few months, depending on the performance)
