Oliv is seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef specialized in authentic Italian cuisine and catering services. The successful candidate will lead our culinary team, craft exceptional Italian dishes, and oversee catering events to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience for our guests and clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of Italian cuisine and catering. Develop and innovate authentic Italian menus, utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients. Plan and oversee catering events, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold culinary excellence and efficient workflow. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships to optimize quality and profitability. Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize catering menus according to needs and preferences. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and overall guest experience. Stay updated on culinary trends, especially in Italian cuisine, and incorporate innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef with a focus on Italian cuisine and catering. Extensive knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage a dynamic environment and handle multiple catering events simultaneously. Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred. Passion for authentic Italian food and exceptional customer service.
