This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping a fresh, exciting culinary destination from menu creation to kitchen leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a unique menu combining Uzbek and Mediterranean influences
Lead, train, and manage the entire kitchen team
Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
Manage kitchen operations including inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
Contribute to the overall vision and concept of the restaurant
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef (experience with fusion concepts is a strong advantage)
Deep knowledge of Uzbek, Central Asian, and Mediterranean cuisines
Creative approach to menu development and presentation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in pre-opening is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
