Executive Chef

specializing in

Indian cuisine

, ideally with a background in handling multiple units. This is a strategic leadership role suited for a culinary professional with a passion for bold flavors, kitchen excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Innovation & Culinary Development

Develop and refine Indian dishes that reflect Kulcha King's brand and customer tastes Stay current with market trends and introduce innovative culinary ideas

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, motivate, and mentor the kitchen team across multiple locations Promote a culture of excellence, learning, and professionalism

Kitchen Operations

Manage daily kitchen functions including scheduling, inventory, and equipment, menu development, recipe management , Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between outlets

Quality & Compliance

Maintain consistentancy , Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

Budget & Cost Control

Monitor food costs, reduce waste, and improve kitchen efficiency Support profitability through smart resource and cost management

Candidate Profile

Experience

Minimum

10 years

in a senior culinary position

Indian restaurant

experience is essential Prior experience in

casual dining

concepts is strongly preferred UAE experience is an added advantage

Culinary Expertise

Deep knowledge of Indo Chinese and Indian cuisine Strong sense of flavor balance, modern presentation, and fusion trends

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse kitchen teams Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring abilities

Mobility

Possession of a UAE driver's license is a plus
