Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our authentic Turkish restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Turkish cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of Turkish dishes
Design, develop, and update authentic Turkish menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and regional specialties
Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a high-performing and motivated team
Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and portion sizes to ensure profitability
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations (HACCP knowledge is a must)
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships for Turkish ingredients and products
Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
Collaborate with management to implement new ideas and support the brand vision

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Turkish or Mediterranean kitchen
Strong knowledge of traditional Turkish dishes such as kebabs, mezes, pide, lahmacun, and regional specialties
Leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Understanding of food cost control and kitchen budgeting
Culinary degree or relevant chef training preferred
Fluent in Turkish and/or English is a plus
