Job Description
A first class Restaurant in Studio City, Dubai require head chefs to oversee the daily food preparation, Menu Management and manage kitchen activities. Head chefs direct all kitchen operations, including food preparation, food quality, inventory management, safety and clean up
Passion for food
Previous experience of working in a professional kitchen
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage a budget and work with figures
Ability to work under stressful conditions
Strong leadership skills
Ability to make quick decisions
Ability to ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant area
Ensure the serving of quality culinary dishes and on schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
