We are on the lookout for an experienced Head Chef to join our team and contribute to the pre-opening phase and ongoing success of our establishment. : As the Head Chef at Tita Yara, you will play a critical role in shaping the culinary direction of our restaurant. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, and managing kitchen operations. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and refine menus that fuse Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines, focusing on innovative and high-quality dishes. \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage all kitchen staff, ensuring continuous training and development. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the procurement of ingredients, kitchen inventory management, and supplier relations. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all dishes are prepared with attention to detail regarding taste and presentation. \xc2\xb7 Uphold and enhance kitchen and food safety standards, following the latest health and sanitation regulations. \xc2\xb7 Manage kitchen budgets, including food and labor costs, to optimize profitability without compromising quality. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Head Chef, with a strong background in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. \xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Creative culinary skills with the ability to innovate and present exceptional dishes. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of the industry\xe2\x80\x99s standards and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work in a dynamic and demanding environment. \xc2\xb7 Culinary degree or equivalent professional cookery qualification preferred.
