The Role
Position Title: Head Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based F&B group that has unique concept of a Bakery and Caf\xc3\xa9 : \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead culinary team and oversee hot / cold sections and staff meal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute innovative menus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the restaurant\'s culinary offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities \xe2\x80\xa2 Male, 40 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be an expert in International and Arabic cuisine
