The Role
Position Title: Head Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: High-end casual dining restaurant located in Dubai : \xe2\x80\xa2 Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Approve and \xe2\x80\x9cpolishing\xe2\x80\x9d dishes before they reach the customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages \xe2\x80\xa2 Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff
Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to Asian nationals \xe2\x80\xa2 45 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Head Chef in a fine dining or well-known restaurant \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
