Job Description

Responsibilities -
  • Oversee and control the process of food preparation and any related operations
  • Ensuring portion control is followed and reduce wastage in the restaurant
  • Create menus using fresh or classic recipes, assuring the excellence of the dishes.
  • Examine the food before it is served to the consumer.
  • Take into account recognized shortfalls when placing equipment or ingredient orders.
  • Make repairs when they are required.
  • Fix any issues or flaws.
  • Be entirely responsible for selecting, supervising, and training the culinary staff
  • Watch over the work of subordinates
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and dietary laws and regulations
  • Encourage a culture of respect and cooperation among coworkers
Requirements and skills -
  • Proven experience as CDP
  • Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  • Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Credentials in health and safety training
  • Degree in Culinary science or related certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
